Work Hire Australia will provide a full recruitment and employment service, allowing you to select the appropriate candidate from a shortlist. Work hire will handle the end to end recruitment process, then employ the staff member and contract them back to your organisation. This means you don’t have the hassle of adding to your head count; you don’t have to worry about human resource issues or the administration and payroll duties that follow a new staff member. This reduces the risk to you because we handle all Workcover and you can hand them back when work ceases.
Recruitment Only Package
Work Hire Australia will save you time by sourcing the right candidate for your business. For a one off fee Work Hire will take care of the end to end recruitment, provide you with a shortlist of candidates to choose from. The successful candidate then becomes your employee and your responsibility.
